My father owns a local, small business, and when I saw how he was being ripped off by the people he was paying to manage his digital presence, I decided I would learn how to do it myself.
For the past 7 years, I have been offering affordable solutions to non-profits and small businesses who want to create a website, and increase their online presence, through SEO and social media. I am happy to provide references upon request.
Website
I typically charge only $500 to make a new website of a size that would serve you well. This includes the basic SEO, and basic written content – any written content longer than a sentence or two, must be provided to me via email or an online document.
This price includes one consultation meeting (max. 1.5 hours) to determine strategy, content, design etc. This price also includes email correspondence. Client is allowed one revision of site before final approval.
I should note, for this price, there is only a relative degree of customization. For any very strong opinions on font/color/design particulars, this might not be the best option.
Extras:
- I will write content and/or ‘blogs’ for your site at a rate of $30/hr.
- I will translate any content into Spanish at a rate of $50/hr.
- Extra design work (Second/Third revisions) will be done at a rate of $50/hr

Targeted Ad Campaigns
After we collect some data on the users who are searching for, and visiting, your website, we can design a highly targeted ad campaign to boost. This price is highly negotiable depending on your wants/needs. It wouldn’t be applicable until at least 3 months of gathering data on users.
